The All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) for the Thames Valley is key to advancing the regions global reputation as a business location of choice and engine of growth for the UK.

Through a systems leadership approach of collaboration, partnership and impact, the APPG will provide a high-level instrument to influence and shape the priorities for the region and present a single, coherent, clear and regional proposition for the Thames Valley.

The ambition is ‘to shape local and national growth plans that can secure the thriving, green, healthier future we want for a truly competitive Thames Valley’.

For the purposes of the APPG, the Thames Valley region is defined as the geographic area of Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, and Swindon. This is an economic functional geography that is well established and known by business. It mirrors the Accredited boundary of the Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce (TVCC), the longest serving business representative organisation in the Thames Valley.
